Was so easy to schedule and pick up at an open location. Was disappointed tho as had requested a 20',none were available so got smaller one which resulted in two full loads moving. However a 20 ft was sitting next to mine on pick up day. However am very satisfied with overall transaction.

I was charged twice
Ester MThis is an unattended equipment drop off. I checked out using the app and did not interact with anyone inside the supermarket.
Jared AThe trailer was apparently older because it did not have the "basket" straps to secure the front tires. It worked fine with just the straight straps although they were frayed. The tires were very good. The towing went off just fine.
Robert RThe drop off office is inside the grocery store. There is no signage to direct you to the customer help desk. One of the employees came over and said they are really busy looked my info up then said I’m good to go. He said they will finish checking the trailer later. I don’t fully trust this so I logged into the app and attached photos to the return.
