Your location is located in the wrong address. In order for me to proceed with getting the U-Haul Truck I had to go to different address and get the code. Then I had go to the other address and pick up the U-Haul Truck. On the way back to turn in the truck it had to be done the same procedure driving back fourth. Customer Service wasn't able to help me out by changing the location, the representative advised me just to go to the location where the App was telling me to go where there was no U-Haul Trucks. I waisted so much time just to Pick up & Drop off the U-Haul Truck.
