Fast and easy, my best U-Haul experience.
dazinais MTruck mirrors did not adjust, box on truck leaked on the merchandise I picked up and ruined about $5,000 worth of product. Location I picked up from was a filthy chop shop with rusted and disassembled cars piled so thick in the parking lot I had difficultly finding the front door. Didn’t have the truck I reserved days before on the app based on what the aop offered to me. Had to stand outside in 30 degree weather and cancel/rebook for a truck they *did* have. Handed me the keys to a 20 foot truck that was wedged inbetween another 20 foot truck and a U-Haul tow trailer with about 2 inches leeway so had to make a twenty point turn to get out of the parallel parking spot(fun way to get to know a huge vehicle you’ve never driven before!) I could go on.. absolute worst nightmare scenario if something could go wrong for this rental it did. I’ve rented from U-Haul almost every month for the past 2 years never had anything like this

harvey tIt was initially unclear and sketchy looking given the place to be in the vicinity of a mechanic shop. However the employee here very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable about the online portion of it.
