The lovely Muslim lady helped me figure out how to work the truck and got me in and out. She was so sweet, I hate that I forgot her name but may all her dreams come true and she always have a nice cold pillow in this horrible weather. She'll never know how much I needed someone to show me compassion that day. Mashallah.

WESTLEY RI ordered a 15 foot U-haul. Showed up at 9AM to get going with my move and they said they donthave a 15 foot U-haul. Ended up having to take a 10 Ft which caused me to take multiple trips (extra miles, longer times, etc) instead of just one and U-hual is charging me for their mistake. Terrible customer service.
