Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe workers aren’t trained to know how to properly handle U-Haul interactions and exchanges. The worker told me that they deal with the U-Haul server going down at least once a day which delayed my pickup time. Luckily they extended the drop off time for me. Although the worker also forgot to give me the the mattress cover and chair covers that I purchased online.

thomas hI was to put the fuel back at 3/4 full. Well I brought it back on full, which was a 1/4 over, about 6.06 gallon more, & at $4.69 a gallon, that’s at least $24 plus more. If I haven’t you would have charged me that amount. So, shouldn’t I have been given a “ credit “ towards my amount due? Not a “ Thank “ you, as the guy gave me!
Dennis DThe truck was returned the key was in the box and it was parked right next to two other trucks
