turned the truck in at 1000 on a Sunday morning. Then received a call at 1600 that afternoon asking if I needed help returning the truck. Indigo never updated my records as returning the truck. The returned confirmation came the following day. I did not have a good feel when I dropped the truck off so I documented the drop with pictures.

Manuel GThe staff did not seem well-trained in customer service and were not prepared to have the equipment ready on time. I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle at 1:00 PM, but I did not receive it until 1:30 PM. When I finally received the vehicle, I also noticed that the air pressure in one of the front tires was low. Overall, the experience was disappointing and could have been handled much more efficiently.
Shamsher SThis location had me install the equipment my self, they did not perform the light check on the dolly, the dolly has a left brake light/tail light/brake light that did not work. Communication is not this locations strong suit either.
George MHad an appointment to pick up trailer at 3:15 didn’t leave until after 4:30pm. They had a lot of problems with their system had to fill out the same form 3 times on site because they had problems with system. Didn’t know how to help hook up trailer and very unsure about everything. Would not recommend.
