Staff is very helpful but inadequate to assist the number of customers in the store. You need more staff! Received notice on a Sunday less than 24 hours before pickup that the truck I had reserved weeks earlier needed to be picked up at another location, which had a later start time. I had to rearrange the (expensive!) work crew at the last minute on a Sunday. Won't be using U-Haul again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEmergency contact information should not cause a flag to prevent rental. 2 hours and 4 phone calls to get the truck rented...unacceptable.
TIFFANY DGood service!
Cesar SThank you
Jessica HThe employee cancelled my original online reservation without telling me, she swt my 1 day rental for 2 days when I planned to return it before the next day originally. She wound up turning a 50 dollar truck rental for a quick job into a 100 dollar plus experience. The truck itself had the incorrect fuel logged initially and there was a dirty cab with some damage to the interior
