I was there all of 10 minutes trying to return a truck with my boyfriend waiting in a car to drive me home. They literally came out and told us to drop the keys and get out as I was trying to step through the return process. Unnecessary and rude. I won't be back.

I just parked the truck and took pictures. I didn't speak to anyone and there was not anyone nearby.
Alexandria KThere is no door to knock on or bell to ring to get the attention of someone inside the home. No phone number provided to call. I had to wait till I saw someone.
Joshua PUnprofessional had to wait outside for them to come out and start the process of rental delivered the truck to them and had to go through the same thing wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
