This location was 20 miles further from where I reserved. I specified a counter pickup, but nobody was there. I had to call the toll free number to learn it was a mobile pickup. The lock for the key was rusty and difficult to open.

JAMES GThe customer representative her name is”Jazz” was amazing helping us to get the truck, she went above and beyond , she wait to make sure we got our keys and get in the truck. Was a very cold night and she did everything she could to keep us safe and in line with us, she never left us alone, I had problems with my cell and then it died, so she help us to add my husband number before my phone died. Thank you so much JAZZ you’re the best.
