Heroin needles on the ground in the middle of nowhere with no U-Haul signs not very encouraging and then it took two days to find out that they turned it in.

The truck was parked in an area that was under shallow water, but it surrounded the truck. The instructions and communication was all by phone. Even though I had made my reservation well in advance, two days before my pick up date I was told the size truck I wanted was not available. I was offered a larger one at the same price but I preferred not to drive that big of a truck. I originally was going to pull my car but when I had to use a larger truck I made other arrangements. I was offered a discount if I would pull a 12ft trailer behind the 26ft truck because someone near my destination needed it, but I declined because I did not feel comfortable hauling it.

PERRY D.Vehicle was dirty. I returned the truck with more gasoline than what I originally recieved it with. Whoever inspected it read the gas usage backwards as if I had returned it with less gas. They charged me extra for gas, I called to get this issue fixed but a week has passed and they still havent credited that extra fee. I DO NOT recommend U-HAUL trucks.
