Told them i would need the truck 2-3 days but when the 2nd kicked in they told me they need the truck for another customer and if it was not returned by 9am I will be fined. Renting from uhaul over 30 years and my worst experience.

Inside of the moving truck was not clean but the agent was nice enough to give me a tarp to lay down so my items would not get dirty
MICHELE MVery easy, a much better experience than the two previous rentals at the uhaul location at the west end a few years ago. We will be renting a truck again from this recent location in 10 days. Very convenient, the owner is very nice and professional.
MARIA PMy puppy got sick after getting g shots. When I returned the van. The shop was closed and I just swept out the van where she got sick. Three day later I called them to close out and they said they were going to charge a cleaning fee. I went there and cleaned the tiny spot on the rubber mat. Why do you want to charge folks(veterans) for little things ?
