We were not pleased that the vehicle didn't have a full tank of gas. We were not planning on having to stop for gas before we loaded the vehicle as we had helpers scheduled to be at our house at a certain time. Would be much better to do this like rental cars, full tank when picked up and fill before the truck is dropped off.PATRICIA S.

Agents are unfriendly. When I returned the dolly I rented, I put several packing items in one of the carts that they have. When I reached the counter with the agent, I told him I also wanted the 25 pack of small boxes. He entered the 25 pack of small boxes into the computer and said that he could get everything else from the cart which he did electronically. However when I left the counter and took the things out of the cart, he had forgotten to give me the 25 pack of small boxes. I did not realize this until I got back to the place where I was needing to use them. I called and only the call center answered and told me they would have to give the location people a call and let them know about this incident. He said that they would call me to correct it. I did not have time to go back to that office so I would like to talk to someone about getting my money back for the boxes that I did not receive. In addition to not receiving the boxes, the agent was bland, never saying hello, how are you, or even thank you. This is a very disappointing U-Haul location. I would not recommend it.Sandra G.

I rent a dirty trailer witch it from Texas plate . I forgot to check it out when the uhaul guy hook it up on my truck. When I got to my place I see dirt and dent all over the trailer. I return the trailer the next hour they charge me $25 clean up witch is already dirty. not recommend this placeLINH L.
In store customer service 0 stars. They gave me the key and pointed to a truck. I found a used drink cup behind the driver's seat, When I returned the truck, I pulled in and waited, no one came out. 3 employees sitting around. I went inside and said I was pressed for time to pick up my car from the repair shop. No problem, we will email you your receipt. They already had my cc #. The time savings at check out was great. I had told you guys I would have the uhaul back by 4pm the next day I was advised it was ok you guys ended up calling me 21x in 48hrs The next day when uhaul was due I got a call from Evelyn stating the uhaul was due at 2pm I was advised I'd be charged an additional day I was angry cause I advised boy at 4pm So I advised Evelyn since they are so incompetent they charged me a additional day I would return it on my lunch break the next morning as I'm at work I get 9 calls from uhaul in regards to the uhaul mind you after 2pm you're charged again. Stop hiring stupid ass fucking kids who barely know how to do there job an can't communicate. I would understand if it was one person but it was 3!!! Then I go drop it off an some fat kid wants to give me a attitude mind you I'm rushed on my lunch break an tell me just leave it there. Rude tubby asshole don't block customers return area. The associate assisting me didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He kept repeating questions that he had already asked me, although I had already answered. He left to get the truck and pull it around, and came back inside and just said "ok you're all set" I didn't know which truck, nor was I walked to the vehicle. I feel like he should have done a walk around with me and take 2 minutes out of his life to assist a paying customer. Also in the automatic text I received about returning the vehicle, it provides the wrong address. Thankfully I knew where I was going or else I would have been lost if I was returning this vehicle from out of the area.SAVANNA M.

The driver side trailer tire strap was not long enough to cover even a 14 inch tire. It was lucky that I had additional tie downs and chains or I would not have been able to use the trailer after towing it all the way to Pomona. I reported it person I returned the trailer to at the lot.Jeff C.
Everything was great, staff was helpful. Previously when I made a reservation on the phone, the associate DID NOT state that a credit card was needed for this reservation. She took my debit card info, and the day off the Uhaul associate notified me that a credit card was needed and they weren't able to process my reservation due to the fact that I had debit card. You can imagine my frustration on moving day for me. Nevertheless, I was provided with a different number to call for the Uhaul in Placentia where they were able to assist me.PAULINA A.
