Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYOUR RESERVATION SYSTEM STINKS. WE ASKED TO PICK UP TRUCK AT LEVELLAND BUT THE DAY BEFORE WE FOUND OUT WE HAD TO GO TO PLAINVIEW, WASTING MY WIFE AND I ABOUT 2.5 HOURS THAT WE NEEDED TO BE PACKING & LOADING. SAD TO SAY BUT THIS IS APPARENTLY A COMMON PROBLEM WITH UHAUL. WE HAVE HEARD THIS KIND OF STORY PREVIOUSLY. MY BROTHER & MY BUSINESS PARTNER BOTH HAD PROBLEMS GETTING THE TRUCK THEY HAD RESERVED.
RUSSELL PIt was ready to go and a simple process.
Gretchen MNot the pick up location we chose on our reservation. Had to drive 60 miles each way to pick up the truck.
Christopher WThis location was not open on the weekend so I had no interaction with anyone at the site. I had trouble changing the location services on my phone to complete the online process. However, I did call the U-Haul helpline and they assisted me with that process so that I was able to complete the return. I chose “not applicable” for both the personnel and location questions because the facility was closed on the weekend. Yet your survey did not recognize that selection.
