Truck was on E - we barely made it to the nearest gas station. There were hangers and other pieces of plastic in the back of the truck. Cab of the truck was very clean Customer services was very friendly and they did a nice job once we went in to the establishment for help. However we did see a naked child and felt this was very inappropriate

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas in a gift shop but the attendent was nice. Kind of dark parking lot.
Matthew MHad my pickup location changed to ensure I got the equipment requested and didn’t include my dolly and rolling carts. It was a self service location so I was SOL for moving day, still charged me for everything.
Melissa MIt was hectic.
MICHAEL AThe conditions at the pickup location were unsanitary and unsettling, making me feel quite uncomfortable. I was taken aback by seeing a small child crying the entire time. The person attending to me seemed overwhelmed, trying to manage the child and take my information simultaneously, which made communication difficult. I had to take a video of what was happening because customers shouldn't have to deal with this.
