When I made my initial reservation it was for a 26 ft truck, and a car trailer. I made my reservation well in advance. Less than 24 hours before pickup I was called and told that the truck was available in Idaho Falls as reserved, but the trailer was in Pocatello...70 miles away. This was not ideal, but no solution was offered. The next day, as I was driving through Pocatello I called the reservation center and asked if I could pick up the truck and the trailer in Pocatello. The agent said I could do that, but they were in different locations. I did. It took me a couple of hours to complete the process then, I had to drive to my home in Ririe Idaho. This was not a convenient process, and cost me additional time and money. I will think carefully before I rent from U-Haul again.

I had to change my drop-off location because a lady asked me. Then she sent me to the middle of a road... I then went back to my original drop-off location, and it took 45 minutes... VERY POOR THIS TIME
Ryder SA couple of minor glitches, they rectified them immediately and I was on my way.
