The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I returned the truck on Sunday, yet she called me on Wednesday accusing me of not returning the key. Later, she called again claiming I didn't refill the gas, which I had. When I told her I didn't take a photo as proof, she simply said there's no way to verify it. When I asked again about the key, she admitted she eventually found it in the orange drop box-but offered no apology for the earlier accusation.

JEMAAL RVehicle not as clean as others I have rented. The cab could have used a bit of sprucing up...wipe down and vacuum. The truck cargo area needed a sweep out (as we did when we were done) and there was an empty water bottle in the cargo area
