Lubricate the driver's mirror. It was hard to adjust for optimum visability. Thank you. We had an issue with the bill. It was handled EXTREMELY promptly! Thanks to Walt!

Yorwin GThe back had dirt all over the floor which I had to sweep out
John GWhen I signed up to rent the vehicle, I opted for the counter service to complete the transaction. When I arrived at the location, the service attendant refused to assist me and told me I had to get the UHaul app on my phone and complete the transaction that way. I was obviously not prepared to do that - did not have the information ready - had poor cell service etc. I spent an hour and had to call UHaul to get the transaction completed. All the while the service attendant refused to assist or talk to me.
