The truck was full of trash and bugs we had to clean out. The truck was returned to them empty. We believe no one checked the truck when it was returned. The inside of the building is a mess.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe man was so rude. We ended up calling the police. I have a call into corporate. The man actually called me a smart ass. When we arrived there was no one there to give us the truck. I had made the reservation a month in advance. Worst experience ever.
Veronica DNot very friendly, and I had to ask for my return confirmation and they had a bit of an attitude, but finally resolved.
Jay Gin and out fast
JAMES WThey were both rude and not helpful. Sat our their butts while we did all the work and had to ask them questions on where to drop off and struggled to get our receipt. Do not go here, you will be happier going to the other location in town.
