No one told us that we needed a 2" ball for our hitch, they had none in stock, had to run to another store. Then no pigtail for the lights, again had to drive to another store, with no lights on the trailer, to pick up a pigtail. Original store is just not stocked enough to accommodate the needs of the customer.

ATHIA TTrailer was perfect for my motorcycle. It was an open top so I had to blanket and tarp bike really well going from Illinois to Florida. Trailer rad great. Heavy duty.

Jennifer CA 45 mile trip in a 10 ft truck cost me $120. That is ridiculously expensive. Your advertising is skewed to a price of $19.99. Then you find out a tiny 10 ft truck is actually $39.99. And $1 per mile for mileage? And 1/8 th of gas top off was $20.00? Literally highway robbery! I won't ever rent a truck from U Haul again in my lifetime. Posted my experience on Facebook too to warn people they're going to be ROBBED if they rent from U Haul as it is right now.
