I got locked in the garage area. I had to call u- haul to be able to bust out of the lay down yard. They didn’t have the access code either so they connected me with some random number and a random guy that was able to give me a code to get out of the U-Haul laydown yard.

Clarissa PMike at this U-Haul location is great he’s wonderful with customers helpful, knowledgeable and kind but I have a terrible moving experience with U-Haul because they didn’t have my reservation available twice and changed my whole moving situation causing me to spend a lot more money and scrambling to find people to help I am disabled, and cannot understand how a company can treat people this way, especially in this economy it is an outrage I will hopefully never have to use uhaul ever again!!
MICHELLE HI apologize for not taking the photo of the tag before we took off. I didn’t look at my phone until we were already on the road. I did take the photo when we got home, but by then the page had “timed out”. Anyway, we didn’t need it for a full 24 hours, so turned it back in after we accomplished our “mission”….of taking a portable, but very heavy, generator to the shop for repair. Thanks, and….have a gr-r-r-r-reat day.
