Customer service at this location was terrible. This 20 foot truck was in horrible running conditions it sounded awful transmission barley shifts. Took our move hours and hours of delays because of this truck. Check in was very slow and delayed she pointed us to the back lot to search for the truck when it was upfront all along. Ive used uhaul so many times this was by far my worst experience. Was offered 50 credit never received it for the delay. I rented 2 trucks this day both delays when picking up.
