I am really upset with uhaul. UI used the truck, put gas and delivered the truck, everything was perfect. I didnt used for more than 2hours and I got charged for gas, 100$?! how is that even possible? I made sure that the gas tank was exactly in the same amount as i received the truck. that is shameful!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDisorganized. Truck wasn’t ready at 4:00 (time which I booked it for). Other vehicles needed to be moved to get at it. Employees had me reverse it out of where it was stored. Very vague instruction.
SHANE MPut all of your counter staff on a serious training exercise to make sure that they do their jobs properly. The ineptitude and the lack of their ability to make important decisions without having to call somebody at head office, and then then wait in a queue for up to 30 minutes is utterly ridiculous. You need to change your ways U-Haul.
chris bThe location and the service is not comfortable
mulugeta tThe staff at Unstained Detailing were awesome - friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I'd recommend picking up a UHaul at this location to anyone.
