NICOLE SIf you are not able to use the truck to take items from storage to the dump they should disclose that online before you reserve it. I could understand if I was trying to haul yard waste in it but just clean household items shouldn’t be an issue. Never run into this at any other location.
Kristen EAccess into and out of the site is tight, maneuvering around inside the yard tight. I should not have to make a six point turn just to turn around. I was asked to provide my driver's license and credit card when I picked up the trailer. Several hours later I got an email wanting me to provide a copy of my driver's license. WHY? Once I made the reservation, I was flooded with offers from U-Haul for products and services I did not want or need. If I didn't ask for something, I probably don't need it or want it.
