Had a few concerns and the from the beginning the one answering the phone was really impatient and rude. In general just really bad customer service.

After attempting to rent a truck that day with a reserved rental , and visiting 3 other remote locations, that couldn’t help me.’Choice” U-Haul was the best, helped me thru the first time process of renting remotely. U-Haul’s customer service phone representative’s process needs some work, very difficult to get thru the right information needed.
BRUCE EThe U-haul office I booked with was HORRIBLE, the guy said he reserved, (looked under the influence) and when I went to pick it up, he was late getting there and finally said,,, ahhhh I don't have a truck for you! Then sent me to another office who did help and finally I got the truck! Final service was good! The guy at 8350 S U.S. Hwy 1, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952 should be fired!!!!

THOMAS BNot overcharge on mileage…make sure drop off location has original paperwork of allotted miles. Don’t overcharge. Be willing to correct overcharges day of overcharge.
