It was a parking lot drop off. There was no personal engagement. However, I’m sure the clerk in DN would have been great. Digital drop off was great!
JAMES OI made the reservation online days before needing the 20' truck. At that time, I declined the optional protection plan. On the day of pickup, the reservation was completed/confirmed over the phone at the pickup location. When I received the invoice after returning the truck, the company added a protection plan to my order without telling me. I don't appreciate the additional charge and with no communication about it.
Steve CU-Haul made our move from Michigan to FL a breeze. So grateful 🙂
Richard PTruck was dirty, had starting problems, not well maintained. Had dust, dirt and mechanical issues.
