The location is not clear. The building has a hair braiding shop with a faded, handwritten sign that you cannot read. The lockbox locks are open or broken. It took us over an hour just to get the truck. They need new signs with the clear instructions and very large writing so that you’re not breaking your neck to look through a dirty window. Thanks to the lady in the hair braiding shop. She was THE MOST helpful than any U-Haul employee AND HER BRAIDS ARE ON POINT THAT GIRL’S HAIR CAME OUT SO ADORABLE!!!

AMANDA CI was told I had the truck for 24 hours. Didn't pick the truck up til 6:45 pm Friday, returned it Saturday at 1:00pm. Then they tell me they have no cash on hand. Told me to take truck to another location and the won't charge for extrax gas and mileage. Get to second drop of location, they charge me for being late returning it and for gas and mileage.
