Location was great. U-Haul is the absolute worst company I have ever used and will never use this company again. I’ll make sure none of my family or friends use this company either.

Stuart MThe office agent went above and beyond without hesitation. Im more then excited to give a 5 star review.
TABITHA BI was told because I was utilizing the app to check my truck out, because the office was closed, I could pick up my truck at any time during the day. This was untrue. I called, texted, got no answer. After waiting an hour, I amended my reservation to an earlier time through the app, and it became available. Everything with the truck went great. I drove the truck 52 miles. I put 7 gallons of gas in the truck right before I returned it. I was then charged ANOTHER $16.50 for gas. So, If you rent from this location, the 15' truck will get 5 miles to the gallon. (Simply not true) I highly recommend choosing another location or another truck rental company altogether.
