Had to do an online pickup, but visited them a few days ahead of time. They were very helpful, showing me the key box, offering tips about getting a wi-fi signal, etc.

Brad CDriving the truck out of this pick up location was a bit challenging. The trucks are parked very close together & I between two buildings. With buildings directly in front and behind of the trucks there wasn’t much room to pull forward and just drive away. Instead I had to full forward, reverse, pull forward, reverse, pull forward, reverse….you get the idea. The inside of the cab and the box of the truck were filthy. I wasn’t expecting it to be immaculate but someone could have at the very least wiped down the inside of truck and swept out the box. In the cab there was some kind of spilled liquid in the cup holders (pop) and all over the door panel. The arm rests were covered in what appeared to be some kind of black grease. (Gross) The box of the truck was wasn’t much better. It had lots of debris/garbage left from whoever had used it last. I had to sweep it out and throw away the garbage that had been left. Not exactly something you want to have to worry about amongst the million other things you’re already dealing with on moving day.
