Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSet pick up for 8 am then day before pickup told me they didn’t open until 9 am arrived at 9 am labor in shop told me owner was not there and he didn’t know how to do u haul…. Called his boss at home said he would be there in 15 min and he didn’t arrive

Wayne HThere was a bit of confusion on my part with check in and check out. Yes it goes step by step on my phone but there was a bit of delay in between things which caused issues. I think it would be super helpful to have a printed out laminted copy in the vehicles them selves. Also the brakes or something brake related needs some maintenance because coming down the hill at slower then the speed limit when brakes where applied the truck would shimmy
Deannette HEmplyee that took in vehicle was unfamilar with Uhaul process. Did not receive any paperwork. Told to call back and talk to another person later
