Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYour app and online experience suck! Make it easier and quit with upsell. The mobile check-in didn’t work. Location and human customer service was great! I work in Product/IT for a major retail brand with a significant online presence and outstanding app. Your app is light years behind.
Zach DI wasn't crazy about all of that oops I had been through to get the keys it was difficult read through the information take pictures of myself and the vehicle and everything else that's the only thing I ate did not care for it otherwise the truck was a good shape clean the service was very good
JULIE RWhen I got to the location she told me that their system was down and there was nothing she could do. I waited for to get my truck. Only to find out that it wasn’t even full of gas.
Terry BThe place was clean
