I cannot speak to the personnel as we have dropped off after hours multiple times and did not want to mark it poorly. The lot is muddy, but is understandable that it is, but makes it hard to drop off & not get dirty.

The gentleman was very pleasant and helpful in every way possible. The truck was in excellent condition. No improvements needed. I'd also like to give a shout out to the man at the Cromarties location in Farrel where I had requested pick up from. He was very helpful and kind when I went there to ask questions and figure out what I wanted to do. The change in location wasn't an issue. Still very close to where I needed to go to load the truck.
