L'endroit était parfait, c'est plutôt avec votre application que j'ai eu des problèmes. Si le personnel de Vitro plus n'avait pas été là pour m'aider, je n'aurais jamais eu accès au camion (j'avais choisi accès avec téléphone mobile)
Isabelle PHorrible experience on every point! They forgot the diable(buggy) and blankets. We had to run around.town to fnd one, paying the extra KM even if the lady on the chat told us we would not be charged. I wait for the credit for the equipments and KM, if not, i will ask for à chargeback with my credit card company.

Michel LThe folks at vitro plus were great! However, I have lots of complaints for U-Haul about the website and how the cost of my rental wound up being three times what I was originally quoted. I'll be avoiding U-Haul in the future but it has nothing to do with Vitro Plus. The reason I mentioned the vehicle was not maintained was because the fuel guage was broken so I had no way of knowing how much gas I used.
