There needs to be more people on site that knows how to rent the trailers. No one on site knew what to do when I came to pick up at the reservation time.

Lyle WThe truck I was assigned was not the one that the location gave me. I had to argue with U-Haul to get the one that was assigned that was sitting on the lot right beside the one they gave me.
PETER MI was directed to drop off the U-Haul at a Sav-a-Lot parking lot. The only reason I knew that was the right spot (maybe?) was a U-Haul trailer in the back of the parking lot. There was no clear signage and I was not sure if this was the place. I went into the grocery store, and the cashier didn't know anything about it. She called a manager and they took my name and said that they would call to let U-Haul know. I gave her the key, and did receive anything to prove that I returned the truck. Made me nervous.
