RODNEY RPut a stronger strap tie on the hand truck, or ask if the renter wants the optional hand truck. It takes up room in the truck where more items could be placed. After our first trip it had been bumped, and dislodged with the strap tie broken. At that point I put my personal hand truck back in our SUV, and used the one I was going to be charged for.
Ronald TThe manager, Debbie state a little bit late to facilitate my renting the truck. She’s been very helpful., I wish the U-Haul management would take note of the fact of how much gasoline I put in the truck because I spent $27 on gas and only drove about 12 miles then I got an additional bill because my actual mileage was slightly more than she put in as an estimate. The gauge was still passed full when I returned the truck. When I left, it was just passed half full. I was thinking of renting another day in order to utilize the gas that I had bought. I filled it that much because I was anticipating renting for another day, but it started snowing and I wasn’t sure that it would be a good day for moving again. Anyways, after the van was checked back in, it was too late to utilize the gas that I had paid for in excess of what was necessary.
