The location was amazing but the truck was crap maintenance and made the whole moved miserable

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI did self pickup. Retrieving the key took over ten minutes as the padlock used was rusty and nearly impossible to use. The driver’s side mirror needed tightening. The mirror bounced out of position too easily. Overall, though, a very positive experience. Thanks.
Kevin THad a reservation 2 weeks ahead of our move date and they still did not ensure to keep or get the correct vehicle and equipment to the pickup location, so we had to drive an hour and a half out of our way to get the vehicle. Employees on the phone were helpful and nice trying to make up for that. At the drop off business there is neither phone service nor wifi to be able to check in the equipment ourself online and they closed earlier than online said they would. So I was unable to check in the equipment (even though we were also returning it a day early because the business showed as being closed on Sundays as well). So we get screwed out of the check out fee because the business isn't placed well or fair to its customers, and just wants to get as much out of us money-wise without doing any actually reservation maintenance themselves. (I will be copying and pasting this review to both uhaul business Google reviews as well).
JOSHUA HRental person claims I damaged the truck and charged me an extra $247.91. Damage report is not even correctly filled out, no photos, I did NOT damage this vehicle!
Lauren SNo cell signal to be able to self serve check in. The location was closed for a holiday, so was unable to speak with anyone.
