The app did not work right which was a frustration and caused a delay. I couldn't get information on where the keys were and I couldn't complete checkout. Thankfully, the site host was available and got me the keys in a timely fashion. Host great U-Haul app very poor.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck smelled like livestock was in there. The floor was also coated w mud. I had to rinse w a hose at home before putting any items in the truck. The turn signals did not work as they should, would not turn off for miles after turn or would not turn on when needed. Check-in at counter was an "Option" but clearly not set up for it and was told I have to do it on the app anyway. Which I am thankful bc the app sent me this survey. I usually like to shop local businesses but next I'll got to the U-Haul store.

MARK S3 emails to tell me my pickup time was 8am. Had movers coming at 9am. No one was available until almost 9am for truck pickup without any notification of a time change. Paid movers to sit and wait for a truck.
Jason MThoroughly checking vehicle before renting! Air vents were not working. I was inconvenienced by having to wait several hours for them to repair a dry rot hose
