The truck was new. The trailer was not great. The lights didn't work most of the time and when we reached out to Uhaul we were given the runaround.

Marlo MI received a phone call that they were going to be closing early, which was greatly appreciated. I could pick up the truck and get on with my day to move my belongings from a storage unit back to our house. The app is user-friendly. I would highly recommend them.
