Unit was not swept out. Unit licenses plate light & fender clearance lights were burnt out or missing. Unit safety latch missing from safety cable. Showed all issues to representative but was basically brushed off.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisClean the U-Haul truck before renting it out. It was disgusting. The cab had sticky pop and spills all over it, the smoke smell was so bad it made my 8hr drive very uncomfortable and felt unhealthy. The back of the truck floor where the door seal meets the floor and the door seal were also sticky with oil and grease and it took me half an hour to clean before I could start loading. Not pleased with the state of the truck or the location. When I arrived I had no idea where the office was located and everything felt very thrown together.
JUSTIN TCouldn’t find it. Had to wait in small office with two men which made me uncomfortable. Better signage and customer pick up in an open area please.
Andrea wOnly thing was that it should have used a drop hitch, it wasn’t offered at pickup. Luckily I was able to get one
Amy SI wasn’t asked or beinv made aware that INSURANCE is being added onto my contract.
