The return process stalled via the app as it didn't proceed to Step 2 of 5, this might have been a glitch. I only had success when I used the web. Needs to be looked into.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEasy to pick up. Friendly staff. Great price. Highly recommend!
Chris ZI did online booking and removed CDW. When I went to pickup the keys at the desk, CDW was added to my booking, without letting me know. If a new charge is being added to my original booking, at least it should be informed to me. I was not informed for the additional CDW charges. I am a dissatisfied customer. I wasted my time in calling and getting the refund of the same. Not a good experience. Poor customer Service. I asked for the Area Manager for a compensation for the time i wasted and the discomfort. Surprisingly, he said no further compensation can be made.
Manish GMaybe wipe down the interior so it is not so dusty.
William PNo tongue jack, nothing else I requested on mt reservation was there. Minimal assistance. I had to call a friend to help me lift the trailer on.
