I had initially reserved to return to a u-haul location. When I checked out the trailer, my return location was changed to this location. This is a liquor store which is not open on sundays, which is when I needed to return the trailer. So I have no idea if it's clean or inviting and there were no personnel.

Was very difficult to get the key because U-Haul changed my pick up location last minute and never changed from counter to mobile. It took me an hour and a half to be able to get my key and numerous phone calls. I had six people waiting to help me move that I was paying by the hour, customer service did not help much. Either was on the phone with them for another 40 minutes.

Gregory BI had to drive 1.5 hours here because the car tow dolly was here and not anywhere near the original location I selected. It was literally just a liquor store that happened to have 2 trucks and a dolly I’m not sure why it was acceptable for me to have to drive 3 hours with the loaded truck just to get the car dolly.
