The U-Haul app has far too many issues. Twice made start over after entering my details. I had to call and receive help. Then I had ordered moving pads and an appliance dolly. Neither were in the truck nor at the location, so I had neither. Before I could leave I had to upload photos to the app, however they would not upload and someone had parked the truck so close to another there was no way to get a decent photo of the drivers side of the truck. It was NOT the U-Haul experience I have come to expect.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas not aware that it was required to install the U-Haul app to rent. Wasn't that happy about that but did it anyways, what was I supposed to do. Check in and Check out is time consuming with all the steps. When returning the truck and after the lengthy check out, the gate closed on us and we couldn't get out. We called but they had no way to open the gate remotely. Had to get back into the rental truck and drive up to the gate to open. Hurry and park it again and run to the gate to get out.
Richard FWe were having issues with using the 24 seven pick up. We arrived at 8 PM and even though our appointment said five online, we were not told that we had within an hour to pick it up. We picked 24 hours so that there would be some leniency. When we were on the phone with a member of the U-Haul team, he was very rude, was not helpful, and hung up on us
