Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGet someone in the office that knows what the hell they're doing. Ignorant woman. And quite overconfident.

KEN Msee above.Your processes are the most cumbersome, not simple, and complicated, and without any human element to oversee the the process such as a live person to drop the vehicle off to... it results in MANY problems and issues. You rely on stupid AI and cameras to run your entire process for drop off at most locations such as the Republic, WA location where we dropped off and that location is only open 4 days per week. HORRIBLE. As a result many problems encountered. AND you never told us there are extra fees if you don't download your stupid phone app. HATE U_HAUL. This location is terrible. They are never open and horrible hours, no human is ever present except Tues - Thurs and they replay on cameras to run their entire operation which is plagued with issues. They said we did not put the key in the key drop and we did becuase it was on camera and their box was stuffed full when we dropped it off Saturday night... we had to show the key down it was so full. Terrible! HATE U-HAUL - Home Depot truck rental is WAY BETTER. Complete Shit SHOW!
jeree sI dropped off after hours so there was no one to get help from.
