Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo customer service for this location, I was surtout piup my keys at 7:00am through mobile service but ended up picking my key at around 8:35am, due to the fact that I could not do my mobile key pickup of which I was at the location, the application I was asked to download not responding. I call the number in my account and they keep on rejecting the call, I finally had to asked from a client who come to pick their key and they proposed to use the website instead of the application, that was how I ended up picking up my key. But I was charged for 8 minutes late dropped.
Elvis YThis was the worst experience and you guys charged me almost twice what was advertised
Brandon CMy main issue was the process for mobile pickup it took almost an hour but my drop time was not adjusted accordingly.
SKY HBrakes should be checked as there may be wear and tear.
