“Take a break” food store should be called give me a break. Have someone to check you in. Cashier doesn’t know anything about Uhaul. He gave me a phone number on a post it note to call. Automatically when to VM. I also text. And called again. And text again. After 45 min wait I hooked up myself and left. Did all I could on app for my side. Took my own pics etc. Uhaul cust service called me later to verify. I told them the story. They got everything straight with online check in. Returned trailer in time without incident. Didn’t even wave to them. Hope I don’t have to ever go back there again. He still has not reached out, called me back or text. Poor operator.
JOHN MWe truly had the best customer service with Kyle, the regional manager (I think that’s his title). W appreciate the assistance and flexibility. Hilltop Solutions of Northlake helped us book the U-Haul at a different location since they did not having a U-Haul available. Wonderful service experience
Sarah NWell first of all the people in the store didn't have a clue on what to do they let me take the trailer with out any paperwork being down and then when I returned it they didn't check anything or give me a receipt then a week later they were like you didn't return the trailer which we had for all of 3 hours and returned it
