It was fine. Friendly service at the counter. Truck had previous renter’s trash in the cabin and about 15 moving blankets tossed about in the bed. Not a deal breaker but I certainly didn’t leave it that way at drop off. No way they would have caught that the gas tank was defective and would back up if you put more than .1gal in every 5sec, so that’s not on them.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe cup holders had a slimy grime all over it. Good thing I was on a time crunch or else I would have returned it. Also, the truck makes a LOUD screeching noise from the below the seats. Did it have the catalytic converters stolen and then replaced? Because that's what it sounds like. Super raspy and abrasive.
JESUS AThe store associates were very professional and helpful. The truck I rented was perfectly maintained and will equipped with everything I needed. I appreciate everything about this experience.
SHARON NYou guys were absolutely perfect, and extremely reasonable. This was the first move for a new company and one in which we will need to utilize U-haul on a regular basis. Not ony for ourselves but many of our fellow active and veteran military men and women. We havwe alreaduy decided to use only this U-haul site if possible. Thanks for all of your help.
Isaac oTell customers if returning after hours to download the app and fill out return information before locking vehicle and dropping off key. I wasn’t able to upload a picture of mileage and fuel gauge. Not that big a deal. Employees were great, very friendly and helpful
