Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI brought the vehicle back with the same amount of fuel as when I left with it and only drove 10 miles. They said they would email the receipt and when I received it they has charged me for 2 gallons of gas.
Daryl SThis is for Uhaul in general. Not having the 6x12 trailer at the location Paris Ky and then not having it at tge Lexington ky location. It was a very inconvience to travel 26 mile one way away from my location to get a trl. I booked this a month in advance. The location in Richmond was very helpful and easy to work with.
Joseph MI thought I had applied for a location 1.5 miles from my home, it was at one 8.5 miles away. A battle to get the lock opened to get the keys Then the same with the lock on the back of the U-Haul Truck was clean and all was easy after getting the truck.
