Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was supposed to be a one way trip from Rigby, Idaho to Nampa, Idaho. The staff at the Rigby location changed the reservation to a round trip and I was not made aware when I went to return the rental Seth at the Nampa location was not helpful and very rude. I spent over an hour on the phone try to connect to someone who could help me since my reservation email showed a one way trip. I was finally able to talk to Samantha on the phone who was able to confirm that an error had been made and that I would be able to return it to the original booked location with no fee. Seth continued to argue with me and told me he would have to contact himself instead of going with the notes in my file. After another 20 minutes I was able to confirm again I could return to that location I had booked with no fee or wrong location drop off. Overall this was a very frustrating experience with very little staff being able to help that added a lot of stress to an already stressful day of moving across the state. Samantha was very kind and I’m extremely grateful that I was able to talk to her to get help.
Kelsey BHad to do online as this location was not open at the time I needed to pick up the truck. It was not my first choice of location, but ended up being the only location near me that had a truck. The size I needed. The location on the app was a different business so it would not pick up the location in front of their own building. It then said that there was a code to the window to the left of the lockbox and there was no code to scan anywhere on the building, I ended up having to call customer service and it took 45 minutes to get through the process. They had also assigned the wrong truck number and they had to search to find the correct codes in order to get the keys for the actual truck they had actually assigned. It ended up costing me more money for my movers to just sit there and wait for me to get back as they were scheduled to be there at 8 o’clock so they ended up costing me more money in the long run because I had to pay them for the time that they were there
