Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was a new drop off location for me. The staff was very helpful. The rental information could not be retrieved. Fortunately, I had taken a picture of the file number and the staff was then able to access my file.
Jean-Louis DU-Haul has set another "surprise" when pickup location was changed : dropoff location was also changed without notice. Fortunately, I have called the location before I called U-Haul to straighten the situation. U-Haul seems to forget what a contract is.

Simon Ci had to take 2 hours of my time to pick the uhaul in rimouski instead of St Antonin as when i booked the rental 1 month before I was not impressed 1 day before that there was no truck ready for me near my home You gave me a discount of 150$ but it cost me $130 because when i got home I refilled to UHAUL and my car and it cot me over 100.00$ for gas and 30$ for lunch (2 people) and this did not include my time.
