Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe check-in process was very complicated and long. Took 20 minutest to check in on an iPad. The we got in the truck, it had dashboard lights illuminated for the engine, tires and airbags. There was also a vent cover missing for the AC and the gas cap missing. When we told the attendant, she replied, "It's ok. They (U-Haul) know about it. Don't worry." We had to drive the U-Haul 150 miles (round trip) so we were hesitant, but literally had no other option and a move-out deadline to adhere to. Fortunately the truck worked fine, but it added un-needed complication and stress to the day.
Parisa BVery quick and simple. Return was easy, no surprise charges.
Ashley GI gassed the truck upon return and you still charged me $17 for gas. I feel very ripped off.
Herbert PThe check engine light was on the tire sensor was on and the drivers door panel bottom was loose
