Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat customer service. The online application was easy to maneuver. The gentleman who helped at my location communicated everything. He even unparked my rental so I could get out easier. That was very much appreciated. My only downfall was I didnt know the same process to checking out occurred at checking back in. I had already locked the doors and placed keys in after hours box. It was very convenient and cost effective. I also appreciated the night box and how easy it was to extend my rental time.
Philomene CGreat customer service. Harry has excellent phone skills. He answered all questions promptly and provided professional customer service. Pick up and drop off super easy.
Marlene CRepresentative was very polite
Jesus TThe U-Haul location was inside another business. The U-Haul sticker was on the door but was in the lower left-hand corner and not immediately obvious. It would have been helpful to have more obvious signage.
